Terms governing use of the RidgeBase Workspace website and commissioned chart engagements.
Acceptance
By browsing workspace-ridgebase.click or commissioning work from RidgeBase Workspace, you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services described
Pages describing engagements, rates, and galleries are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quote or statement of work for chart commissions such as subscription renewal forecasting packs.
Intellectual property
Unless a statement of work says otherwise, RidgeBase Workspace retains copyright in chart templates and studio methods. Clients receive a licence to use delivered charts and decks for internal reporting and board materials. Public redistribution, resale, or white-labelling requires written consent. Client data remains the client’s property.
Website content
We aim for accurate descriptions but may update engagements, timelines, and rates without prior notice. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, actuarial, or investment advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in Great Britain, RidgeBase Workspace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For commissioned work, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Client responsibilities
Clients must supply lawful access to data extracts, ensure personal data is minimised or pseudonymised where appropriate, and review draft charts for factual accuracy within agreed windows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland for engagements contracted with our Edinburgh studio, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available elsewhere in Great Britain. Courts of Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
