Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility for RidgeBase Workspace chart commissions, deposits, and rescheduling.
Scope
This policy covers commissioned engagements sold by RidgeBase Workspace — chart packs, cohort panels, briefing decks, and quarterly refreshes. It does not cover third-party software licences or physical goods, which we do not sell.

Timeframe to request
Email hello@workspace-ridgebase.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation notice or delivery dispute). Include your quote reference and reason.
Deposits
Engagements typically take a 40% deposit. Deposits secure studio dates. They become non-refundable once we begin reviewing your extract or hold the discovery call, whichever comes first, except where we cancel.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a discovery or walkthrough once without charge if you give at least three working days’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may incur a £120 administrative fee. Quarterly refresh windows can shift by up to two weeks by mutual agreement.
Work already started / materials
Draft charts, annotated notebooks, and partial packs prepared before cancellation remain RidgeBase intellectual property unless the statement of work assigns them on payment of outstanding fees. We do not charge for purchased physical materials because engagements are digital deliveries.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible, or by UK bank transfer if the original method is unavailable.
Exceptions
If a quote states different commercial terms (for example a fixed non-refundable discovery fee), those written terms prevail for that engagement.
