Data we collect

  • Contact and brief forms: name, email, engagement interest, renewal window notes, and message content
  • Email and phone correspondence when you write or call us
  • Client project files: business data and any personal data contained in extracts you send (we ask for minimisation)
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to briefs and providing quotes — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract
  • Delivering commissioned chart work — performance of contract
  • Meeting legal accounting duties — legal obligation
  • Optional analytics of site usage — consent via the cookie banner

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a statement of work sets a shorter archive. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the provider periods listed on our cookies page.

Sharing

We use processors for email, secure file transfer, and (if you consent) analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may share information when required by law.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate transfer mechanisms such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children

This site and our services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
